[Permanent] Backend Software Engineer with AI Expertise

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Build and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using Python to support machine learning workflows and data-driven applications.

• API Development & Deployment: Design, build, and deploy APIs that integrate with machine learning models and enterprise systems.

• AI Engineering: Collaborate on the development of AI-powered systems, such as chatbots and AI-driven applications, while optimizing and maintaining machine learning models.

• Algorithm Development: Develop algorithms for AI applications, focusing on improving system performance, scalability, and user experience.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

• Linux Expertise: Leverage your Linux experience to manage, configure, and optimize backend infrastructure.

• Problem-Solving: Overcome challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset and proactively identify ways to enhance system efficiency.

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

• Strong Python skills for backend development and API deployment.

• Experience with AI frameworks and machine learning concepts (e.g., RAG, chatbots, ML models).

• Experience with Linux systems for managing backend environments.

• Proficiency in API deployment and integrating with enterprise systems.

• Experience in data engineering to support machine learning workflows and large-scale systems.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate in complex technical challenges.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development, with a focus on Python, API deployment, and AI solutions.
