As an AI Business Solution Lead you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive innovation by designing and deploying advanced AI solutions that combine state-of-the-art machine learning, large language models, and autonomous agent frameworks to solve real business challenges and deliver measurable value.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable AI architectures, ensuring solutions are aligned with strategic goals and customer needs.
• Champion best practices in AI development and responsible use of data, mentoring team members, sharing knowledge, and communicating technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.    
• Work alongside experts in various technological domains.

What Makes You a great Fit?

• Expertise in AI and Machine Learning Technologies:
  Proven hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI agents, including designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions to address complex business problems.
• Strong Technical and Coding Skills:
  Solid knowledge of machine learning frameworks, data modeling, and production-grade Python development, as well as experience with modern cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Leadership and Communication Abilities:
  Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences.
