You will be responsible for building and overseeing Sedo’s Trust & Safety function. This includes defining policies and workflows to ensure the security of our platform, as well as leading a team of Quality Raters who will report directly to you.

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain Trust & Safety strategy, policies and SLA-driven KPIs
  • Manage, coach and scale a team of Quality Raters and content analysts
  • Oversee review of banner & video creatives for compliance with Google Ads Guidelines and internal standards
  • Design incident-response and escalation processes for policy violations
  • Partner with Tech, Product, Compliance & Legal on technical controls and policy enforcement
  • Monitor and report on metrics (review volume, accuracy, TTR, user impact)
  • Drive automation via ML / AI models and rule-based systems to optimize review efficiency

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Trust & Safety, content moderation or compliance leadership
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams including external raters
  • Deep knowledge of digital-ad compliance frameworks and risk management
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Track record of implementing automation in review processes
  • Fluent in English and German; excellent communication at C-level
  • Based in Cologne (hybrid work model)
