Job Description Summary:

The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) is redefining how it allocates consumer and trade marketing resources to maximize impact and ROI. At the heart of this transformation is Fuelight 360—an advanced, data-driven platform providing a single source of truth for financial outcomes, customer impact, and consumer recruitment.

Initially launched as an MVP in 2024 across three markets, Fuelight 360 is now scaling globally as a core enterprise capability. Giving Operating Units (OUs), the Center, and Bottlers actionable insights to optimize investments, the platform has become a critical enabler of TCCC's data-driven marketing and commercial strategy.

The Senior Director, Fuelight Product Owner, will lead the product’s ongoing evolution and expansion, balancing cutting-edge technical innovation with business usability to ensure the platform’s adoption and effectiveness across the system. This highly visible leadership role involves defining the product vision, managing its Agile lifecycle, and embedding best-in-class product management practices across Coca-Cola.

Role Purpose

The Senior Director, Fuelight Global Product Owner, leads a flagship enterprise product at the center of Coca-Cola’s marketing and commercial transformation. As the chief architect and decision-maker, this role drives product vision, execution, and adoption across The Coca-Cola Company and its Bottling System. This highly visible position reports into senior enterprise leadership, with regular engagement from VP- and SVP-level stakeholders. With direct accountability for a multi-disciplinary product team, and ownership of a global roadmap touching hundreds of users and billions of dollars in trade and consumer marketing spend, this role is mission-critical to enabling data-driven decision-making across the System. This is a rare opportunity to build and scale an enterprise product inside a world-class brand, with the backing of senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and global markets

Primary Responsibilities

Product Strategy, Vision, and Advocacy

  • Own the strategic vision and roadmap for Fuelight 360, Coca-Cola’s flagship platform for optimizing consumer and trade investment across the global System.
  • Translate enterprise, OU, and Bottler priorities into a clear product strategy that balances innovation, usability, and business value creation.
  • Serve as the chief evangelist and decision-maker for the Fuelight 360 product, influencing VP+ and C-suite stakeholders across the Company, Bottlers, and Functions.
  • Represent the product in enterprise forums and governance bodies, ensuring continued executive alignment and support.
  • Establish and scale best-in-class product management practices across teams, including structured backlog management, quarterly roadmap planning, and agile delivery.

Product Development & Execution

  • Lead the evolution of Fuelight from MVP to a globally scaled, embedded product, enabling always-on optimization across our global markets.
  • Directly manage the core Product Management and Data Strategy teams, with joint ownership of the broader technical development team in partnership with the Tech Lead.
  • Drive agile, sprint-based execution across front-end UX, data pipelines, and the model engine — delivering a reliable, intuitive, and high-performing product experience.
  • Ensure backlog prioritization reflects System-wide user needs, technical feasibility, and measurable business value.
  • Maintain a disciplined release cadence, balancing delivery of new capabilities with platform stability, scalability, and adoption.

Analytical Engine Development & Governance

  • Guide the design and continuous refinement of Fuelight’s proprietary Bayesian modeling engine , supporting optimization across financial, consumer, and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Business Science leads to ensure models remain robust, explainable, and actionable for business stakeholders.
  • Own platform data governance with the Data Strategy team, ensuring consistent taxonomies, trusted data pipelines, and traceable outputs.
  • Champion business and technical integration with System capabilities (e.g., Trade Promotion Optimization, Universal Media Measurement, Experimentation at Scale), driving enterprise efficiency and analytics synergies.

Change Management and Adoption

  • Drive platform credibility and trust with senior business stakeholders by ensuring transparency, explainability, and alignment to real-world commercial challenges.
  • Partner closely with dedicated Change Management and Business Integration teams to support rollout, training, and behavioral activation across markets.
  • Maintain strong executive engagement across OUs and Bottlers, ensuring alignment between product evolution and business needs.
  • Monitor and track system adoption, usage, and business impact across user groups, informing future product priorities and engagement strategies.
