Enterprise data warehouse supports several critical business functions for the bank including Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Risk steering, and Customer 360. This role is vital for building and maintaining master data management solutions, data processes, and to support business objectives. Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using Informatica IICS and PowerCenter.
  • Develop integration workflows between upstream and downstream systems using cloud-native patterns and APIs.
  • Implement data transformation logic that ensures lineage, audit trail, data quality rules, and supports SOX/regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with BAs, product owners, and architects to gather requirements and produce HLD/LLD.
  • Support SaaS MDM implementation—working with Business Entities, Match/Merge rules, survivorship strategies.
  • Contribute to data modeling, metadata management, and semantic consistency.
  • Ensure scalability, performance tuning, and operational monitoring of data flows on AWS.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and release planning.
  • Act as SME on legacy MDM transition and data mastering best practices.
  • Performance tuning of complex data pipelines and SQL queries.
  • Performs impact analysis of proposed changes on existing architecture, capabilities, system priorities, and technology solutions.
  • Working in Agile Framework, participating in various agile ceremonies, co-ordination with scrum master, tech lead, and PO on sprint planning, backlog creation, refinement, demo, and retrospection.
  • Working with Product Owners to understand PI goals, PI planning, requirement clarification, and delivery coordination.
  • Technical support for production incidents and failures
  • Work with global technology teams across different time zones (primarily US) to deliver timely business value.

Skills and Qualification (Functional and Technical Skills)

Technical/Business Skills:

  • Master Data Management
    • Expertise in design and development of ETL/Data Engineering using Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS
    • Experience in SaaS MDM (IDMC) for at least 1 year
    • Experience in mastering Party/Customer/Account domains.
    • Exposure to Informatica IDQ, Axon.
    • Experience designing integration pipelines in AWS Cloud.
    • API-based integration using REST/SOAP
  • Experience with RDS, Redshift, S3, Snowflake or other cloud-native data stores.
  • Knowledge of data governance, quality, lineage, and audit frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SOX/compliance processes in regulated environments.
  • Proficient in data modeling, mapping specs, and design documentation.
  • Performance tuning of data pipelines and DB Objects to deliver optimal performance.
  • Experience in Gitlab version control and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience working in Financial Industry is a plus.
