About the Role

Were hiring Ssr/Sr BI Analysts to join a brand-new team thats turning data into strategic business solutions. This role is key to delivering analysis and visualizations that support decision-making and elevate data quality and impact across the organization.

Youll work with large datasets, design dashboards and reports to clarify KPIs and key metrics, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the solutions are both functional and scalable.

What You'll Be Doing

• Extract and transform data using SQL

• Model data and create calculated fields

• Ensure data quality, validation, and transformation best practices

• Build dashboards and reports using Quicksight or Power BI

• Present findings and visualizations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback

• Document data definitions, structures, and visualization logic

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to align requirements

What You Bring

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation

• Experience in data modeling and creating calculated fields

• Deep understanding of data quality, validation, and transformation best practices

• Proven experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI

• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with healthcare data or KPIs (nice to have, but not required)

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations or HIPAA

• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments with direct client interaction
