AI Governance Partner Manager

At Deeploy, we are building the leading AI governance platform, to help organizations innovate responsibly, staying in control of AI. We are looking for our first Partnership Manager to lead our expansion across Europe and build a powerhouse network of technical and consultancy partners.

• Building a Partner Program: You will be the bridge between our partners and Deeploy’s platform and knowledge, managing events, training programs, new accounts with partners, and acting as the trusted advisor to our partners.

• Pivotal in our growth: You will be responsible for our current and new partnerships, which play a pivotal role in our growth. Working side by side with our founders, you will identify, cultivate, and scale strategic partnerships that unlock new opportunities for Deeploy and our customers.

• The start-up journey: You'll be joining a fast-scaling company that is setting the standard for responsible AI globally.

• Drive Growth: Find, sign, and expand partnerships with major tech players (think AWS, Microsoft, IBM) and top-tier European consultancies to boost AI governance adoption.

• Build Deep Relationships: Become a trusted advisor for partners and customers alike, nurturing collaborations that generate tangible results.

• Enable Success: Design and lead partner enablement initiatives, co-selling programs, and scalable tools to maximize joint impact.

• Translate Vision into Value: Align partner capabilities with Deeploy’s mission to create seamless, value-driven collaborations.

• Experienced with at least 3 years in partnership roles within data, AI, or infrastructure-driven tech, ideally in startups or scale-ups.

• Technically savvy with a solid grasp of AI and data infrastructure; you can speak confidently with engineers and architects.

• Domain knowledge in European regulated sectors like financial services or public institutions.

• Fluent in English and comfortable communicating across diverse teams.

• Bonus points for familiarity with responsible AI principles and experience in fast-paced environments.
