Junior Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid - London – 3 days a week in office

The day to day:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their data career to work on real business problems, develop their technical skills, and make a meaningful impact across the organisation.

About you:

You’ll support the team by gathering, cleaning, and analysing data, producing reports and dashboards, and helping translate data into insights that drive smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI
  • Use SQL to query databases and extract relevant data
  • Assist with automation of manual data processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide accurate insights
  • Document data processes and ensure data quality standards are upheld
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for working with data and uncovering insights
  • Strong attention to detail and a logical mindset
  • Basic experience or understanding of:
    • SQL for querying data
    • Excel for data manipulation
    • Data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Good communication skills – able to explain data clearly to non-technical users
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the team

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Python or other scripting languages
  • Understanding of data governance or data quality best practices
  • Experience working with large or messy data sets
