Your Impact
The Product Analyst, Audience Intelligence & Data Products is responsible for developing products and capabilities that surface actionable audience insights for internal teams (Editorial, Marketing, Sales, Product, Brand GMs) and exploring opportunities for B2B data product offerings. You will drive the strategy for how we transform raw audience data into strategic assets that inform decision-making and create new value.
What You'll Do:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for audience intelligence platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven insight products.
- Identify the needs of internal stakeholders for audience insights and translate them into product requirements for dashboards, reports, segmentation tools, and self-serve analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and analytics teams to build and deliver robust and scalable data products.
- Explore and validate potential B2B data product opportunities, including defining value propositions, target markets, and GTM strategies in partnership with commercial teams.
- Ensure data products are designed with user privacy and data governance best practices at their core.
- Champion data democratization and data literacy within the organization by making insights accessible and understandable.
- Monitor the usage and impact of audience intelligence tools and iterate based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Who You Are:
- 5 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on data products, business intelligence, analytics platforms, or audience segmentation.
- Deep understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and how to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Experience working with large-scale audience data and familiarity with data warehousing/data lake concepts.
- Proven ability to translate business questions and stakeholder needs into effective data product solutions.
- Experience in exploring or developing B2B data products or data-as-a-service offerings is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills / Competencies:
- Experience in the media/publishing industry with its unique audience data challenges and opportunities.
- Familiarity with data governance and privacy considerations.
- Strong understanding of market research and competitive intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.

The base salary for this role is between $133,000 - $160,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
