We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position of:

Product Owner (m/f/x) (Generative AI)

The Position:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of advanced Generative AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI product lifecycles, user needs, and business impact. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize AI-driven use cases that align with business goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the roadmap for Generative AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Requirement Gathering & Prioritization: Translate high-level concepts into well-defined features and user stories.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with AI/ML engineers, product teams, and key business and technical stakeholders to design and deliver scalable AI solutions that align with strategic objectives and operational needs.

• Market & User Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest AI advancements and assess market trends to maintain a competitive edge. 

• Evaluation & Optimization: Continuously evaluate AI product performance, user feedback, and key product metrics to refine solutions.

• Regulatory & Ethical Considerations: Ensure AI solutions align with ethical guidelines and compliance requirements. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years in product management, with a focus on AI/ML or software products.

• Proven experience in shipping AI-powered products, preferably in NLP, image generation, or LLM applications.

• Strong understanding of Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).

• Technical Background is expected, while coding is not required. Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, user research, and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in UX research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analytics.

• Strong understanding of AI-specific UX challenges, such as explainability, trust, transparency, and bias mitigation.

• Ability to synthesize user feedback into actionable product improvements. 

Nice to Have: 

• Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks like Scikit-Learn, LangChain, etc.

• Experience working with AI governance practices in scope of EU AI Act or GDPR.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, agentic AI, fine-tuning of AI models.
