What you'll do

We're looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to define and drive Clara’s content strategy across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. You’ll be responsible for how we communicate our product value to prospects, customers, and partners—across our website, LinkedIn, blog, and CRM. Your work will be central to our growth engine, shaping a differentiated narrative and building content that fuels awareness, acquisition, and engagement.

  • Translate Clara’s product positioning into clear, compelling messaging across our digital channels.

  • Define and execute a content strategy that drives brand visibility, lead generation, and customer retention.

  • Own the content architecture of our website, developing and maintaining conversion-focused pages for key products and features.

  • Manage the editorial calendar across LinkedIn, blog, newsletters, and landing pages.

  • Collaborate with product marketing on go-to-market campaigns and content for new launches.

  • Lead the creation of written assets: articles, thought leadership, executive posts, email flows, and scripts.

  • Partner with SEO and analytics teams to align content with performance goals, optimize for SEO and LLMs, and scale what works.

  • Stay ahead of trends in fintech, B2B SaaS, and content marketing to keep Clara’s strategy relevant.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Must haves

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, including at least 1 year in a high-growth tech company or startup.

  • Track record of building and executing successful content strategies for digital products.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, especially for website copy and LinkedIn.

  • Ability to simplify complex product concepts into engaging narratives.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Working fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.

  • Familiarity with SEO, performance analysis, and digital tools.

Nice to haves

  • Proficiency in a third language (Spanish or Portuguese).

  • Understanding of SEO for Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Ability to analyze content performance via spreadsheets or dashboards.

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.

We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
