Data Scientist (Remote)

Rhino Partners is a fast-growing software consulting firm working with global clients on data, AI, and cloud transformation projects. We’re on the lookout for a Data Scientist who’s passionate about turning raw data into real-world impact — and if you have Databricks experience, you’ll have a head start.

🔍 What you’ll do

• Build and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and pipelines
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to solve complex problems
• Use statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract insights
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to high-impact data projects — many of which are powered by Databricks

🛠 What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and commonly used ML libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost)
• Experience in building and evaluating predictive models and data pipelines
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience with Databricks is a huge advantage (we’ll get you certified if not already!)

💼 Nice to have

• Familiarity with Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, or Databricks-native tools
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience in consulting or working directly with business stakeholders
