THE ROLE

Your mission:

You have a strong passion for implementing innovative data solutions to solve business problems. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for innovative data and AI solutions both to bring new data centric features to our product and to support internal workflows. You will own the implementation of such solutions end to end from defining the solutions together with product managers and internal stakeholders to implementing them hands on yourself and bringing them live.

🔍 What you'll do:

• Identify opportunities for innovative data and AI solutions to drive innovation in how carbon management is done

• Identify opportunities for innovative data and AI solutions to support internal workflows and drive internal efficiency

• Build production ready data and AI solutions with a diverse set of tools for both our product and internal usage (e.g. Python, dbt, Dagster)

• Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to conceptualize the solution and bring it live in our product

• Write clean, production-level Python code and manage deployments in line with best practices

💡We think you’ll thrive in this role if you

• You’re passionate about identifying and implementing innovative data solutions

• You have a proven track record of building robust, scalable and easy to maintain data solutions in Python and are comfortable with building Python based microservices using tools such as fastAPI, Django or Flask

• You have experience in using a diverse set of machine learning techniques to solve business problems

• You have experience in using novel AI techniques, in particular LLMs/GenAI models, to solve business problems

• You’re eager to keep on top of the development of new AI models and use cases, and use the opportunities that open up as the technology progresses
