About the RoleAs a Software Development Engineer , you’ll join a collaborative team focused on building the next generation of intelligent features that power the Highspot platform. You’ll have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, learn from experienced mentors, and contribute to scalable systems that help our customers unlock productivity and performance.

The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to design and build software features
- Write clean, maintainable code in languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Learn and apply software engineering best practices in testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Help build tools and systems that support intelligent content discovery, recommendations, and analytics
- Participate in team code reviews, design discussions, and continuous learning opportunities
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong grasp of programming fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design)
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript)
- Interest in data-driven systems, machine learning concepts, or scalable web development
- A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and growing your skills in a supportive team environment
