Role Summary

We’re seeking a Senior Digital Marketer to join our high-performance Demand Generation team. This role sits at the intersection of web experience strategy, technical SEO, AI-assisted optimization, and marketing automation — with a core mandate to drive scalable, high-converting growth across digital touchpoints.

As a senior team member, you’ll lead strategic initiatives around web conversion experience, HubSpot automation infrastructure, and SEO performance, while experimenting with the latest AI-driven tools to boost team efficiency. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Web Dev, Product Marketing, Content, Community, Docs, and RevOps to create a seamless user journey from awareness to qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Web Experience

• Partner with Marketing and Product to define and execute the strategy for our web experience, optimizing the buyer journey for performance and conversion.
• Identify opportunities for frictionless engagement, personalization, and scalable optimization using heatmaps, behavioral tools, and experimentation platforms.
• Own core website performance metrics and lead A/B testing strategy.

2. Technical SEO & AI Optimization

• Lead technical SEO audits and implementations (e.g. schema, canonicalization, page speed, site structure).
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, N8N) to scale meta optimization, internal linking, and content intelligence.
• Own reporting in GSC, GA4, and SEO platforms to surface insights and fix crawl/indexing issues.
• Develop strategies to increase visibility in AI-generated search results (SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• Collaborate across Community, Docs, and Product teams to align SEO strategy across all content surfaces.

3. Marketing Automation & HubSpot Ownership

• Serve as the primary HubSpot systems owner, overseeing property architecture, workflow automation, scoring, and nurturing logic.
• Build and maintain lifecycle automation that supports lead qualification, sales handoff, and campaign execution.
• Work with RevOps to optimize HubSpot <> Salesforce sync and data integrity.

4. AI-Driven Marketing Experimentation

• Automate repetitive tasks (e.g. content briefs, SEO checklists and audits, reporting) using prompt engineering, agents, or plug-ins.
• Recommend and pilot AI tools that improve productivity across the Demand Gen team.

5. Data & Performance Reporting

• Develop dashboards to track web engagement, lead conversion, technical health, and campaign ROI.
• Translate insights into clear actions to improve funnel performance.

Requirements

Experience

• 5–8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or product-led environments.
• Proven success in improving website conversion rates, organic traffic, and lead funnel efficiency.
• 3+ years owning marketing automation platforms (HubSpot required).

Skills

• Strong understanding of modern SEO practices, EEAT, Core Web Vitals, and technical site health.
• Proficient in HubSpot CMS, CRM workflows, lists, scoring, and campaign automation.
• Tools: Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Hotjar.
• Bonus: familiarity with HTML, CSS, Python, JSON-LD, and Hubspot CMS.
