About the Advanced Marketing Analytics Team:
We are a growing team of curious, impact-oriented analysts and strategists who apply scientific thinking and advanced analytics to solve the toughest marketing and commercial challenges. Our mission is to deliver actionable insights that optimize marketing spend, enhance customer segmentation, and drive sustainable subscription revenue. What you will doā¦
Lead the design and execution of analytical solutions across initiatives such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), segmentation and personalization,Ā and pricing optimization.
Develop and scale time series models to forecast funnel conversion, demand, and performance KPIs.
Apply machine learning and advanced statistical methods to uncover insights that drive marketing strategy.
Act as a thought partner to senior marketing and commercial stakeholders, translating complex data findings into strategic recommendations.
Champion a data-driven culture and support long-term business value creation through development of best-in-class data science capabilities in the areas of predictive modeling, attribution, customer segmentation, forecasting, causal inference etc.Ā
Collaborate with Marketing Analytics, Marketing Tech, Consumer Insights, Finance and other teams to provide and communicate data-driven recommendations to the businessĀ
Qualifications
Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other data-related field required. Masterās or Ph.D. is a plus.
3+ years of industry experience in machine learning and statistical modelingĀ
Proven track record of completing multiple data science projects end-to-end; from idea generation, objectives formulation, to implementation and deliverables
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience with applied machine learning, business analytics and data visualizationĀ
Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, causal inference
Understanding of common marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
Knowledge of cloud data platforms, data pipelines, and data transformation tools

As a signatory of the ParityPledge in Support of Women and the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color, Ancestry values pay transparency and pay equity. We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $111,600 - $139,500 and with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision. The actual salary will vary by geographic region and job experience. We will share detailed compensation data for a specific location during the recruiting process.
