Main responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions that enhance our digital health platform

• Lead the development of federated learning systems that protect patient data while enabling powerful insights

• Create predictive models that personalize care journeys and identify health risks early

• Develop AI-powered engagement tools, including intelligent chatbots and recommendation systems

• Drive innovation in data engineering, ensuring scalable and secure handling of complex healthcare data

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into meaningful patient outcomes

About you

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field

• Strong track record in developing and deploying production-ready machine learning models

• Expertise in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Experience with Databricks and managing large-scale data systems

• Healthcare analytics experience and understanding of healthcare data standards

• Outstanding ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

• Passion for improving healthcare access and patient experiences
