A degree or equivalent experience in studio art, design, fine arts, illustration, or a related creative field is ideal; hands-on experience in design studios, creative agencies, or art education, as well as fluency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Procreate, or Sketch, signals fit. Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.

We offer a pay range of $15-$30 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location.
