ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Improvement Specialist to help establish and scale our Chatbot within our growing iGaming business through Generative AI implementations. Since this is a newly created function, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions from scratch. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and player experience, ensuring high-quality service and seamless automated interactions.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • System Optimization & Expansion: Identify, develop, and integrate automation opportunities across multiple business areas, ensuring process efficiency and scalability.
  • AI & Automation Integration: Work with engineering and product teams to integrate AI-driven systems and automation solutions, mainly ones directly integrated within the Generative AI Chatbot.
  • System Monitoring & Maintenance: Ensure our Chatbot operates at peak efficiency, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure automation processes align with regulatory requirements, including data protection, responsible gaming, and industry best practices.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for automation processes, tools, and workflows to serve as a reference for agents and stakeholders.
  • Quality: Ensure your peers’ work as well as your own adheres to requirements and any changes are in line with Customer Experience & scalability best practices where possible. 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years in automation development, RPA, or AI integration, preferably linked to Chatbots within a regulated industry (iGaming, finance, fintech, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of event driven communication tools like API calls & webhooks.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, product, and IT teams to align automation efforts with business goals.
