- Build what doesn’t exist yet — shape new systems, processes, and policies in a fast-scaling business
What's this role about?
As an Anti-Fraud Data Analyst in Risk Control and Security team, you’ll be at the frontline of identifying and combating fraudulent activity across the platform, working closely with risk operations, product managers, data scientists, and engineers. Your role will involve deep analysis of fraud patterns, performance metrics, local market intelligence and system performance — turning insights into actionable improvements in tools, policies, and processes. This is a highly collaborative and impact-driven role that sits at the intersection of data, product, and operations, helping us strengthen platform trust and scale fraud mitigation across global markets.
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in 2026. As a graduate, you will get opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth. Launch your career where inspiration is infinite at TikTok.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume.
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We encourage you to apply as early as possible.
Responsibilities
1. Apply investigational thinking and data analysis to support fraud case audits, identify root causes, and propose actionable risk mitigation strategies
2. Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to evaluate and improve fraud detection tools, rules, and business processes
3. Build dashboards and reporting models to monitor risk exposure, track intervention outcomes, and support data-driven decision-making
4. Study fraud trends and behavior patterns across regions and contribute to the design of fraud intelligence systems
5. Support process improvements that address platform abuse scenarios, such as reseller detection, incentive manipulation, and fake transactions
6. Communicate findings and complex results clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, and help manage mitigation project timelines and priorities
