Machine Learning Engineer

Volanno is looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled AI Model Trainer to join our innovative team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing training modules, overseeing the training of AI models, and ensuring the AI systems meet our strategic goals. This position requires a deep understanding of machine learning processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to meet all client needs.

The AI Model Trainer will be a technology professional specialized in developing and optimizing training data to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of artificial intelligence models, particularly in natural language processing and machine learning contexts.

The ideal candidate will be able to utilize their expertise in data science and machine learning to prepare datasets, develop training scenarios, and adjust algorithms to train AI systems efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Curate and manage large datasets for training machine learning models
• Monitor AI system performance and iteratively train models to improve functionality
• Stay updated with the latest AI  trends and technologies to incorporate into training practices
• Develop best practices for data handling and model training to ensure ethical AI development

Requirements and skills

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field
• Proven experience in AI training, machine learning algorithms, and model optimization
• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with AI ethics and the implications of data privacy and security in training
• Understanding  of RAG pipelines, embedding techniques, and prompt engineering
• Proficiency  in deploying models via FastAPI and integrate with product systems

Preferred

• Experience with packages like Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Numpy, Tensorflow, or  Pytorch
• Knowledge of training/fine-tuning NLP (Natural Language Processing) and LLM model
