09The Team: Corporate Profiles Operations team builds & manages âCorporate Firmographicâ information for Key Private & Public companies globally by doing secondary research from key fillings like 10K, 8K, Company websites, regulator websites, press releases etc.Â
The Team builds on and provides an integrated view of Entities and their firmographic information like business, product lines, name changes, addresses etc. This Data enables a consolidated view of an organization for effective Risk Assessment, comparison & single point view of all essential intelligence.Â

The Impact: This role will involve working with the immediate team members and other Managers of Corporate Data group across locations and across functions like Content, Data Management, Product etc.Â

Whatâs in it for you: This is an opportunity to lead the team consisting of 10 to 15 Researchers & Senior researchers and contribute towards achieving the teamâs goals. Accountability would be towards understanding and owning the business objectives; communicate with passion and enthusiasm, embrace change as a way of working; and lead by example when communicating new initiatives. This also gives an immense opportunity to learn more on project implementation, stakeholder relationship & building technical acumen by virtue of involvement in various projects. Â

Responsibilities:Â Â
Having a people first mindset, showing empathy and supporting members in challenging timesÂ
Motivating the team, executing career progression discussions and succession planning. Developing technical acumen within group for future growthÂ
Setting SMART objectives for team members, Preparing, and conducting development reviews/appraisalsÂ
Managing dynamic work allocation of team members and setting up an efficient R&A matrixÂ
Monitoring team performance (Maintaining & communicating Time Utilization, Quality stats etc.), setting challenging benchmarks and ensuring efficient resource utilization.Â
Ensuring clear, transparent & timely communication upward, across, and downwardÂ
Monitoring and managing internal/external client queriesÂ
Executing short-term to long term projects from resource planning to execution in partnership with Data Management team, Product team & technology team. Driving meaningful conversation with stakeholders with high agility & fair technical understandingÂ
Understanding the process and workflow to the extent that ideas are generated around eliminating gaps in content and establishing best practices. Driving a lean mindset & ability to bring process efficiencies.Â
Meeting all critical timelines & requirements on BAU workflows/KPIs & projects, Problem solving at all levelsÂ
Serve as the primary escalation point for critical and time - sensitive client queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Product, Data, Support) to triage issues and provide end-to-end visibility to clients.
- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify root causes, patterns, and proactive resolutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, or tools to monitor query trends, SLAs, and recurring issues.
- Document best practices and provide guidance/training to junior team members or new joiners.

What Weâre Looking For:Â Â
Graduate or PG with above mentioned experienceÂ
Considerable understanding on concepts such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, Gen AI (CoPilot, Google Gemini etc)Â
Basic tech acumen to understand capabilities of technologies like RPA, Machine learning, Python & other related data industry relevant technologies.Â
Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Advanced Excel, SQL/VB would be preferred.Â
Excellent written and verbal communicationÂ
Experience of mentoring, coaching, project planning, conflict management, change management etc.Â
Proven record of conflict management, stakeholder management, performance management & workflow managementÂ
Proven record of data visualization & presentation skills with structured approach to complicated problemsÂ
Experience of leveraging one or many technologies to solve business problemsÂ
Â
Basic Qualifications:Â
Graduate or PG with above mentioned experienceÂ
Excellent written and verbal communicationÂ
Related relevant experience. Although we do not keep a minimum experience as a criterias, we are looking for a person who have experimented & have mastered skills mentioned above.Â
Experience of mentoring, coaching, project planning, conflict management, change management, etc.Â
