Reports To: The Hospitality Associate will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership. 

Job Overview: 

As a Hospitality Associate (Barista), within a premium workplace hospitality setting, you’ll be the go-to expert for hand-crafted coffee beverages, delivering high-quality drinks and warm service to employees, guests, and executives alike. You’ll manage daily café operations—brewing, serving, and maintaining espresso equipment—while creating a welcoming environment that energizes the workplace.   This role combines barista expertise with elevated corporate hospitality, where every drink served contributes to the overall employee experience. You’ll collaborate closely with reception, facilities, and events teams to deliver seamless, café-style service in a fast-paced office environment.   Typical Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM   Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso and coffee beverages to meet a variety of preferences
  • Operate, maintain, and clean professional brewing equipment, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
  • Manage daily coffee station setup, inventory, restocking, and cleanliness
  • Greet and engage employees and guests with warm, polished service
  • Support catered events, VIP meetings, and in-office experiences with beverage service
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, customizing drinks and offering recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with hospitality, facilities, and office services teams to enhance employee satisfaction
  • Maintain a stylish, organized coffee station that reflects pride in service
What You Bring:
  • 1–2 years of hands-on barista experience in a café or hospitality environment
  • Passion for specialty coffee and delivering memorable customer experiences
  • Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, milk frothing, and drink calibration
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail, cleanliness, and pride in creating an inviting beverage space
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, professional office environment
This position is ideal for someone who loves coffee culture, thrives in a refined service setting, and wants to bring their barista skills to a high-touch, professional workplace.

Physical Demands: 

  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time. 
  • Manual dexterity is required for operating office machinery (phone, computer, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.). 
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently. 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 
  • Must be able to utilize computer monitor and keyboard.
