Three dynamic teams are seeking a Data Analyst each, where analytical expertise will create transparency through data and support the efficiency and productivity focus across the Global Workplace Projects, Packing, and Processing sites!

In these roles, complex analyses of business functions and processes will be conducted, uncovering insights that propel the company to new heights. A solid understanding of database designs will be crucial in navigating the complex landscape of data, ensuring that applications are supported by robust structures. In these roles you will focus on data for either the packing and packaging area, the processing area, or the global workplace projects area and in particular focus on data from our manufacturing lines.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct complex analysis of business functions/processes and associated data to enable higher efficiency and productivity.
• Understanding of database designs (logical/physical) that support complex business processes and applications.
• Capable of python/coding expertise to effectively navigate across multiple data domains, identify correlations, perform data analysis and generate relevant data sets.
• Actively contribute to data analytics principles and best practices in collaboration with Data Office and BI Manufacturing and be an inspiration and sparring partner for colleagues.
• Collaborate with project teams, data analysts, product teams and subject matter experts to provide insights from large complex data sets.

Role 1: This role will be part of team Packing & Packaging Digital Transformation and Portfolio Management focusing on driving digitalization and data driven decision making within Packing & Packaging.

Role 2: The right candidate will step into Planning & Operational Development which enables R&D Processing to effectively manage the supply chain of creating equipment that literally puts smiles on LEGO Minifugure’s faces

As a data analyst, you will be diving into processes with your colleagues in R&D Processing, and especially with colleagues on our global Processing sites, identifying need for data, analyzing said data, building reports and making recommendations based on your excellent storytelling and communication skills.

Role 3: The right candidate will step into Global Workplace Projects, responsible for large-scale construction and major utility projects. The person will work closely with the Industry 4.0 team and the newly established Data Engineering & Analytics team, supporting Manufacturing in becoming even more data-driven.

Do you have what it takes

• Proven passion for data as well demonstrable data analytics experience using Python, SQL, or similar. Beneficial to have experience with Databricks
• A couple of years of experience with data analysis and/or data experience in Manufacturing.
• Experience working as part of an autonomous team, managing personal goals, and contributing to team direction.
• Collaborative person by nature and want to be a part of a global cross functional team.
• Curious and passionate about building value-creation and innovative solutions.
• Beneficial to already be working in/with established network and forums and by that have easy access to knowledge and sparring.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
