About the role

We’re looking for a Data Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of data features that power our product. This role will be responsible for defining and delivering the data capabilities—datasets, models, APIs, and visualizations—that are core to the customer experience.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ensure that our platform delivers high-value, high-integrity data experiences to end users. This is a highly strategic role for someone passionate about building data-powered products that are scalable, intuitive, and valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the roadmap for how data is surfaced, interacted with, and leveraged inside the product.
  • Own data-driven user experiences, including insights, benchmarks, search, filtering, dashboards, and model outputs.
  • Create detailed project plans for key data initiatives, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional standups for data-related product workstreams.
  • Proactively manage project risks, blockers, and alignment issues across departments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features by coordinating across Data Engineering, Backend, Frontend, and Design teams.
  • Track and report progress to stakeholders using clear and structured communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all data product initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure product-market fit and smooth rollout of data features.
  • Champion high standards for data accuracy, freshness, and performance.
  • Ensure consistent definitions and taxonomy across the product’s data elements.


Requirements

  • 4–6 years of Product Management experience in SaaS companies
  • Proven experience working in data-related roles, such as a data analyst or a data engineer.
  • Proven experience managing data features, services, or APIs within a customer-facing product.
  • Strong understanding of how to structure, access, and present data in a way that delivers business value.
  • Solid technical fluency—comfortable discussing data models, system architecture, and analytics pipelines with engineers.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 4 days/week in our Tel-Aviv office.
