Role Overview:
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, tailored AI and automation solutions that directly address client challenges and generate tangible value. You will lead technical implementation efforts, support ongoing engineering for retainer clients, and help build scalable, productized solutions that can be deployed across multiple clients.
Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and deploy tailored AI and automation solutions based on client-specific needs and objectives.
● Translate business problems into scalable AI workflows using tools such as Python, n8n, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases.
● Act as a technical partner for retainer clients—owning solution delivery, refinement, and maintenance.
● Create technical documentation, client demos, and internal playbooks to support reuse and scalability.
● Stay current on emerging AI tools, libraries, and methodologies to continuously enhance solution quality and delivery speed.
Success in This Role Looks Like:
● Solutions delivered to clients consistently meet or exceed expectations and show measurable business impact (e.g., time saved, cost reduced, conversion increased).
● Retainer clients view you as a go-to engineering partner—relying on your expertise to expand AI usage and optimize existing workflows.
● You bring creativity and a strategic approach to problem solving and your solutions designs.
Qualifications:
● 3–5+ years of experience in software engineering.
● Demonstrated project work in AI and automation (e.g., GPT APIs, workflow automation tools, embeddings, etc.)
● Driven to innovate to find better and more efficient solutions to daily challenges.
● Proven ability to deliver custom AI solutions with real business outcomes.
● Strong experience with Python and relevant frameworks, and familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and integration tools (like n8n, Make, etc).
● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate ambiguous client goals into technical implementations.
● Experience supporting client relationships and managing multiple priorities in parallel.
● Self-directed, collaborative, and excited by both deep technical builds and scrappy prototyping.
Nice to Have:
● Experience building and maintaining SaaS or agentic platforms.
● Familiarity with MLOps tools, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and deploying solutions in cloud environments like Azure.
● Prior consulting experience or work in fast-paced startup environments
