Role Profile :

As a Sr AWS Developer, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of application developed for our clients.  As a member working in a team environment, you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

Key Responsibilities :

• 5+ years experience in design, build, and maintain robust, scalable and efficient ETL pipelines using Python and Spark.
• Develop workflows demonstrating AWS services such as Glue, Glue Data Catalog, Lambda, S3 and EMR Serverless, API Gateway.
• Implement data quality frameworks and governance practices to ensure reliable data processing.
• Optimize existing workflows and drive transformation of the data from multiple sources.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data reliability through proactive optimizations.
• Chip in to technical discussions, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Essential/ Must-Have Skills :

• Hands-on experience with AWS Glue, Glue Data Catalog, Lambda, S3, and EMR, EMR Serverless, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation and CloudFront.
• Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, governance practices and scalable architectures.
• Practical knowledge of integration of different data sources and transformation of it.
• Agile methodology experience, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for articulating technical solutions to diverse team members.
• Experience in additional programming languages such as Java, Node. JS.
• Experience with Java, Terraform, Ansible, Python, pyspark etc.
• Knowledge of Tools such as Kafka, Datadog, GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.

Desirable Skills :

• Nice to have AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Experience with serverless computing paradigms.
