Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

The Data and Reporting team is responsible for executing on principles set forth by the Enterprise Data Governance Oversight Committee and delivering accurate and insightful reporting to internal and external clients in a timely manner. The team also works in close coordination with CP Systems and CP Change Management to design and deliver new solutions that support or expand the firm’s product offering.  Functions include, but are not limited to, data stewardship, validation of monthly CRS Statements, creation of Qlik dashboards and the development and preparation of custom reporting. As a Data and Reporting Analyst for Capital Partners, you will be responsible for providing data, analytics and reporting to key stakeholders. In this role, you will own activities related to delivering reports and presentations that align with the requirements and needs of internal and external clients.  The Data and Reporting Analyst is also responsible for the delivery of client reporting and internal analytics.  The incumbent will also be responsible for the integrity of data created and consumed by Capital Partners. 

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Collect data from multiple sources and databases to create reporting that can be used to drive decision making.

  • Develop and create data layout designs, charts, graphs, heat maps and process flow diagrams.

  • Analyze data needs and make recommendations for automated repeatable processes.

  • Take the lead on production of customized reporting, including writing of business requirements for new or existing reporting needs, work with technology to build, test and implement the reporting solutions

  • Develop and enhance processes utilizing forms, templates, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Confluence.

  • Collaborate with business owners / stakeholders to understand business needs, and project specifications.

  • Provide regular updates to keep end users informed of progress and issues. Lead deliverables as assigned, incorporating standard project management methodologies.

  • Gain an understanding on how transactional client data has an impact on reporting.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or Equivalent

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, specifically within Financial Services industry

  • Strong understanding of client reporting needs

  • Strong relationship and people management skills; Ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Experience with SQL and reporting tools such as PowerBi, Tableau, Qlik

  • Advanced experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail
