Lead Product Data Management Specialist

Boeing's CTO organization is currently looking for a Lead Product Data Management Specialist to join the team in one of the following locations: Huntsville, AL; Everett, WA; JB Charleston, SC; Seattle, WA; or Berkeley, MO. These positions will focus on delivering Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) required for the CTO organization.

A successful candidate will understand the CDRL delivery process, processing contracts letters and executing a delivery schedule to meet contract requirements.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops, documents and implements plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.

  • Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; supports audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements.

  • Assists with data requirements/data management processes.

  • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 6+ years of experience, skill, and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data

  • 3+ year of experience in a Data Management role creating, processing, and delivering data

  • 3+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

  • 3+ years of experience demonstrating the ability to utilize technological tools (e.g., PC's, web sites) and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workloads and delivery schedules

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of experience working in the Common Contracts System (CCS)

  • 2+ years of experience creating and submitting CDRL letters

  • Knowledgeable about US Export Regulations

Summary pay range: $101,150 - $146,050
