Job Description
DRIVE AND SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT AND ENHANCEMENT OF DASHBOARDS AND REPORTING USE CASES
You'll support in shaping and refining global reporting use cases that empower local field teams to perform at their best. By gathering and aligning requirements with relevant stakeholders, you’ll ensure seamless integration into both existing and new reporting solutions. Moreover, you'll identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes by evaluating tools and workflows.
INITIATE, DRIVE AND SUPPORT DATA QUALITY INITIATIVES
Your responsibilities will include spearheading global data quality initiatives from concept to completion. This involves managing projects across all phases—planning, execution, market support, performance monitoring, and closure—to uphold consistent and high-quality data standards across all markets.
BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS
Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you'll work closely with global and local market teams within the On Premise channel, as well as cross-departmental partners. Your focus will be on ensuring efficient workflows and fostering strong relationships to understand business needs, address challenges, and deliver impactful solutions.
PROVIDE SUPPORT TO HQ AND LOCAL MARKETS
As a key contributor, you'll assist the HQ On Premise team and local markets with ad-hoc requests, such as data analysis, preparation, and cleansing. Acting as a point of contact for reporting, analytics, and data quality topics, you’ll also create user documentation, deliver training sessions, and promote a culture of data quality. Additionally, you'll help identify discrepancies and support cleanup efforts to ensure consistent data accuracy.
Qualifications
Experience in FMCG, Business, or IT, with strong project management and problem-solving skills
University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar or equal practical experience
Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
Analytical mindset with great attention to detail, structured thinking, and a process-driven approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with BI tools or coding languages (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) is a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills to clearly convey insights and solutions
Self-motivated learner who works well independently and in teams
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.303 gross per month.
