Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Site Reliability Engineers/L2Â
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.Â
ResponsibilitiesâŻÂ

Accountable for driving and dictating efforts to mitigate and/or restore to normal business operationsÂ
-
Review of Temporary Access requests / Get Access entitlements and grant/revoke as appropriateÂ
-
Follow documented procedures, and update documentation for resolved issuesÂ
-
Determine customer experience and assess risk (core vs minor functions, regulatory or reputational)Â
-
Determine incident severity, priority, impact and proper escalation protocols Â
-
Ensure proper technology teams are engaged and supporting restoral of servicesÂ
-
Research and remediate customer/client data issuesÂ
-
If required, request external support from software and/or hardware manufacturersÂ
-
Utilize tools and data to assist in research and determination of root-cause and restoral stepsÂ
-
Ensure proper measures are taken such as batch restarts, routing, splashing, contingency or escalation to achieve restoral.Â

Accountable for High Impact Incident Communications (Status, Restoral Efforts, Customer/Service Impact) to appropriate technology/business groups Â
-
Drives requirements for Task Automation and tooling.Â

Provides requirements and oversight of Resiliency Exercise â Chaos Engineering Â
-
Responsible for the data content, accuracy, and completeness in the Incident ticket before creation of Problem ticketÂ
-
Drive âreconveneâ efforts to identify Granular Root Cause â Sev1 â Sev4 IncidentsÂ
-
Provide critical incident details and restoration efforts to Problem Management team (Incident Description, Chronological timeframes, Scope of Impact, Triage Participants and etc.)Â
-
Ensure âknown errorsâ and ârepeatable errorsâ are logged into the âKnown Errorâ database.Â

Document standardize processes and playbooks for Incident Management (Enhanced Identification and Restoral)Â
-
Conduct Weekly Incident ReviewsÂ
-
Self-Identified-Audit and Compliance issues â identification and remediation Â
-
Permit-to-Operate â participation and awareness on complex, highly intrusive, high-risk change activitiesÂ
-
Providing personnel whose training, skills, and personal skills are adequate to think outside the box Â
-
Providing personnel who are experienced professionals, or professionals with specific knowledge of the client's implementation or business.Â
-
Coordinate events applicable to functional area of responsibility. Â
-
Level 2 should be able to resolve 95% of the incidents that come to them.Â

Basic understanding of Investment Management/financial services domain knowledgeÂ

SRE Certified, Java, JavaScript (with ExtJS). Java Spring Boot, VB Script, Perl.Â

HTML, Angular, Shell Scripting, UIpath/Pega Bot scripting PRPC, React.Â

Experience with ServiceNow.Â
