The Team

Join our cutting-edge AI Technologies team, working on developing and maintaining the IP delivery pipeline for our proprietary Deep-Learning hardware. Our team spans software, compiler, HW design & verification, collaborating closely to deliver high-quality, production-ready IP. We are now looking for a dedicated Release Manager to orchestrate and streamline this effort.

What will you do?

As a Release Manager, you will:

• Receive and track incoming components from various teams and validate their integration.
• Work with stakeholders from multiple disciplines to resolve issues, unblock delivery, and ensure readiness for release.
• Handle incoming changes and interrupts with shifting priorities, while maintaining clear visibility on progress and risks.
• Improve and enforce release processes to keep up with growing project complexity and scale.
• Align with the project manager on release schedules and maintain a forward plan of changes across all components.
• Maintain clear documentation of release status, changes, and deliverables.
• Run and update components in a Linux development environment as part of the integration pipeline.

Requirements

What should you bring?

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience as a Release Manager or similar coordination role in an R&D or software delivery environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Basic proficiency in Python scripting.
• 1+ year of experience in a software development or engineering role.
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management or a related technical field.

Advantages:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Familiarity with Linux or embedded development environments.
• Understanding of hardware/software integration or experience working with hardware IP.
• Knowledge of release checklists, compliance processes, or delivery validation.
• Experience working in large-scale, multi-team R&D organizations.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
