The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a passionate, proactive and ambitious Procurement Data Analyst (Experienced) to join our newly developed and growing Supply Base Capacity team based in Dallas, TX.
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, aggregating and assessing data related requirements for the Supply Base Capacity and Supply Chain Stability teams. This will include working with all BGS business units (BGS-C, BGS-G, C&E and S&C) as well as BCA and BDS teammates to understand and potentially work within their systems, tools and data. Strong desire to learn and engage quickly in an ambiguous environment is required.

Position Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between Supply Base Capacity team and various data / system owners throughout company & organization
Gather, aggregate and assess capacity requirements across business units and suppliers
Gain knowledge and acquire access of BGS systems and tools necessary to support team responsibilities and actions, including but not limited to supplier recovery and supply base capacity needs
Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan
Develop processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals
Skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
Determine best tool to utilize for data analysis and visualization
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
3+ years of education and/or experience with data analysis
3+ years of experience using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and Power Point
3+ years of experience, skill, and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning
3+ years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or other visualization tools
Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and organization skills
IT and/or Enablement experience
Strong knowledge of BGS-Commercial and BGS-Government Systems & Tools
Experience utilizing Smartsheets
