Wells Fargo is seeking a Workplace Strategy and Data Lead to support the Workplace Design and Experience team by capturing and translating business needs into actionable data and reporting requirements. This individual will serve as a strategic liaison between the Workplace Design and Experience team and the CAO Analytics team, ensuring that data-driven insights are aligned with business goals and operational priorities.
This role will be responsible for documenting analysis and reporting needs, defining business requirements, and ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance and reporting standards.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Workplace Design & Experience team and the CAO Analytics team.
- Gather and document business needs related to workplace data, reporting, and dashboards.
- Collect, analyze and translate qualitative and quantitative feedback (e.g., survey data, utilization metrics, facilities reports) into structured reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Design, Experience, Real Estate, Technology, HR, etc.) to ensure comprehensive and consensus-driven requirements.
- Develop and maintain a reporting requirements framework that aligns with enterprise tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Support the development of business cases and presentations by providing structured data needs and insights from stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input, validate requirements, and support implementation planning.
- Track and manage the lifecycle of reporting needs, from initial request through delivery and refinement.
- Support the operational effectiveness of workplace strategies such as unassigned desking and activity-based working through data analysis, evaluation against key success measures, and identifying opportunities for long-term and scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of experience working in a data driven environment
- 4+ years of relationship building experience across multiple business lines
- 3+years of experience with SAS or SQL, data management, reporting and query tools
- 3+ years of experience in one or more business intelligence tools
- 3+ years of data visualization experience
- 3+ years of experience in data management related areas such as metadata or lineage, data governance or data quality
Desired Qualifications:
- Experienced in Real Estate Data Validation
- Bachelor's degree in workplace planning, design, information systems, data analytics, business or related field; MBA, advanced degree, or relevant certifications preferred. Experience with workplace strategy, design and planning.
- Demonstrated experience as a workplace strategy leader, collaborating closely with design and planning teams to shape and implement strategic initiatives.
- Experienced in leading business unit engagements and drive workplace solutions across large-scale, matrixed organizations comparable in size and complexity to Wells Fargo.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of Workplace

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00Benefits
