Brown & Brown is seeking a Data Integrity Analyst to join our growing team in Meridian, ID!  

  

The purpose of the Data Integrity Analyst is to monitor the flow of data within the business while seeking maximum accuracy and completeness. The focus of the role is ensuring data accuracy throughout the entire business platform.   

  

How You Will Contribute:  

 

  • Handle all post data transfer work and validation, including but not limited to; aid in monthly preparation of client/policy transfer lists, track transfer requests and revenue movement metrics and perform regular audits of estimated vs. actual business transfers. 

  • Assist in Accounting Leaders month end workbook as it relates to transferred revenue.  

  • Complete consistent data integrity maintenance. 

  • Monitor the flow of data, checking for accuracy and completeness. 

  • Locate and define process inefficiencies and outline plan of action for efficiency improvement.  

  • Support business leaders with reporting and analysis of overall business data measures, including retention, attrition, new business production, quote to bind ratios, and any other requests.  

  • Identify data gaps to effectively run data analysis and suggest improvements in data quality. 

  • Understand workflow processes to analyze current data quality and capture critical fields.  

  • Other Duties as assigned 

 

Skills & Experience to Be Successful: 
 

  • Experience in a similar position 

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher   

  • Proficient knowledge with one or more of the following products: Vertafore AMS360, ImageRight, Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI 

  • Must have strong analytic and quantitative reasoning and enjoy problem solving 

  • Detail oriented with the ability to self-prioritize 

  • Ability to meet needs within required timelines and maintain a high level of confidentiality 

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
