Job Description

We’re hiring solely on the basis of a full-time employment contract (UoP).

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a passion for data governance and process optimization to take ownership of our LeanIX platform. In this role, you’ll act as a data steward and analytics enabler, ensuring LeanIX remains a trusted, accurate, and valuable source of architectural and application data for the enterprise.

You will be the go-to person for ensuring data quality, building reports, supporting platform users, and enabling teams to get meaningful insights from LeanIX. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of data analytics, architecture governance, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Quality, Governance & Stewardship

  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy across applications, interfaces, IT components, and standards within LeanIX.

  • Define and enforce metadata standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle rules for consistent data structure.

  • Regularly track and report data readiness metrics, highlighting gaps or inconsistencies ahead of key milestones like go-lives or audits.

  • Review and validate new application or technology requests, collaborating with architecture and review boards.

Reporting, Dashboards & Insights

  • Build and maintain insightful LeanIX dashboards (e.g., onboarding portals, status overviews) to track architecture and application health.

  • Create custom data extracts and visualizations to support compliance, audit, and enterprise planning needs.

  • Provide LeanIX-based reports for business, legal, risk, and procurement teams.

User Support & Communication

  • Act as the first point of contact for LeanIX users—responding to questions, providing guidance, and delivering training.

  • Develop and publish internal newsletters, help guides, and onboarding materials to support platform adoption.

  • Lead awareness campaigns to promote LeanIX as a key strategic tool across business and technology teams.

Platform Integration & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the integration of LeanIX with tools like ServiceNow, LogicGate, and GBTech BIC to align enterprise architecture across systems.

  • Collaborate with architects and product owners to keep LeanIX content aligned with business goals and strategic initiatives.

  • Assist in sandbox-to-production synchronization, maintaining backups and version consistency.

Risk, Compliance & Strategic Alignment

  • Ensure LeanIX usage aligns with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks.

  • Partner with procurement, risk, and legal to manage data classification and due diligence.

  • Champion LeanIX as the single source of truth for architecture, application, and technology data in planning processes.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with a data stewardship mindset.

  • Hands-on experience with data platforms, analytics tools, or EA platforms (LeanIX experience is a plus).

  • Understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration, and IT governance.

  • Ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is an advantage.

  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
