HamiltonAI is a cutting-edge Media & Marketing AI Platform that helps marketers optimize media investments and predict business outcomes with confidence. Our platform leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to support strategic media planning across all offline and online channels.
Come and join our Customer Success team as a Data & Insights Analyst where you will provide media and business insights to our customers, using our models and other marketing data.
Our Customer Success team is at the heart of turning advanced analytics into real business value. We partner closely with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, seamless implementation of our AI-driven models, and ongoing strategic and operational support.
The team bridges the gap between technology and business, working alongside our Product Delivery, AI, and Data teams. As trusted advisors, we help clients interpret model outputs, uncover insights, and drive better media and marketing decisions. Our goal is simple: empower clients to succeed using our platform.
What You'll Do:
As a member of our growing Customer Success team, this is what you will typically spend most of your time on:
- Demonstrate a high sensitivity to the structure, quality, and meaning of media, marketing, and business data. Youâll process large datasets efficiently, detect patterns quickly, and extract insights that are accurate, actionable, and aligned with the customerâs business context.
- Leverage outputs from our Bayesian Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and other analytical tools to deliver strategic recommendations for media optimization.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and ad hoc explorations using client data, and communicate findings through clear, tailored presentations that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding modeling, product, AI, and data expertsâto ensure seamless onboarding, model implementation, and customer engagement.
- Assess and ensure the quality and relevance of customer data throughout the client journey, helping to maximize model reliability and output accuracy.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to clients by connecting data insights to broader marketing and business strategy.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our analytics frameworks, supporting continuous improvement and innovation within the Customer Success team.
What You Bring
We imagine that you are an ambitious, data savvy person who takes pride in getting the details right, but at the same time is concerned with the overall end outcome. You have some years of experience with MMM and have drive and talent, take responsibility and are eager to learn and grow fast.

Requirements:
- Advanced data skills with strong proficiency in data processing, manipulation, and analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL, or BI platforms. Youâre comfortable working with large, complex datasets and can quickly extract meaningful, actionable insights.
- Proven experience in marketing or media analytics, consulting, or related rolesâideally with direct client-facing responsibilities.
- Hands-on expertise with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is essential; familiarity Bayesian model or other regression model is a plus.
- An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Business Analytics, Econometrics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly explain complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences, including clients.
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, curious mindset with a sharp attention to detail and strong data sensitivity.
Bonus competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including explaining and discussing modeling outputs or other analytics approaches with other team members or customers at all levels
- Experience in a SaaS, AI, or technology-driven product company.
