[Job - 23562] Data Product Manager, Brazil

The Product Manager is responsible for working with CI&T’s clients to help define the product vision and lead the development and execution of product strategies that enhance customer experience, drive business growth, and ultimately deliver value for our clients. The Product Manager is expected to collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to identify opportunities and develop product solutions that align with the product and company goals. The Product Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of high-quality digital products for CI&T’s clients.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership abilities to manage product lifecycles and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
For this specific role we are looking for someone who already has experience on Data Projects (Reporting, Analytics, Data Models). While we do not expect technical depth on this topic, we are looking for someone who can support the team on setting up the right product and discovery methodology to tackle data challenges.
Required Skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple teams simultaneously.Strong understanding of product, design, strategy, and research best practices.Experience working within Agile software development methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels to build consensus around product decisions.Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them to non-technical stakeholders.Expertise in using data and user research to build evidence for decisions.
