The Opportunity

As the Senior HR Data Governance & Reporting Partner, you will play a critical role within the Global People Solutions Team, leading the strategy and execution of data governance programs across QVC Group. In this visible position, you will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to improve our data management practices, ensuring our HR data is accurate, secure, and used for strategic decision-making. This role is important to shaping the future of our data landscape and supporting QVC Group's long-term vision by modeling leadership competencies such as agility, innovation, and accountability. You will report to the Senior Manager of People Analytics.

Your Impact

  • Lead the implementation of data governance frameworks that support organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Be a trusted advisor for data governance and reporting, partnering with People Team leaders and partners.
  • Promote data quality and integrity by establishing and sharing best practices.
  • Ensure ethical data use and privacy by educating and helping maintain compliance with global data protection regulations.
  • Champion data quality that can be used for the creation and improvement of Workday reports and dashboards, providing clear and relevant insights.
  • Build a metrics catalog to support data literacy and trust across the organization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR data management, data governance or system architecture.
  • Experience supporting data governance projects in a global environment, including familiarity with international and state data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Proficiency in designing and creating standard reports in Workday report writer.
  • Working knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and data security best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
