CreditSights is currently seeking a Research Associate based out of our Glasgow office.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements and company reports to support credit analysis.
  • Perform research on company financial performance to inform investment decisions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of data through rigorous quality assurance processes.
  • Contribute to the creation of client-facing reports and research products.
  • Collaborate with internal analysts and product specialists to enhance research outputs.

 

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • You hold a degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, data science, or a related field.
  • You have a foundational understanding of accounting and finance principles.
  • You have experience working with structured data and can interpret complex datasets to extract insights.
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail and can produce high-quality analytical outputs.

 

What Would Make You Stand Out: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VBA) and have experience with Python and relevant data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
