HR Data Analyst

Perform research and analysis using HR data to assist and drive business decisions. Improves data quality, data collection and analysis processes and develops data reporting.

Identify, gather, and analyze data to examine patterns & trends and provide insights to enhance business decision-making capability in business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment

Develop analyses on the employee population such as demographic profiles, turnover ratios, and recruitment data

Responsible for making sure the data is accurate, pertinent, and valuable; partner with HRIS to understand and mitigate any data discrepancies

Prepare reports and presentations for various audiences, including senior leadership, to facilitate strategic decision-making on Human Resources issues

Translate requests into actionable metrics

Conduct and support data integrity audit requests

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience

Two plus years of Human Resource experience

Two plus years of data analysis and reporting experience using multiple systems

Demonstrated ability to conduct various types of analysis using BI, ERP, ATS, Workday, or similar analysis tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in spreadsheet applications and ability to extract necessary data

Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines

Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment the in performance of job duties

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Salary Ranges: $51,000.00 - $85,500.00
