Our client is an international technology company that specializes in developing high-load platforms for data processing and analytics. The company operates globally, serving clients primarily in the Marketing and Advertising domain. It focuses on modern technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
PROJECT
The client’s primary product assists businesses in managing large volumes of data, building models, and gaining actionable insights.
Job Description
Design and develop scalable machine learning (ML) models and data-driven solutions for real-time decision-making and campaign optimization
Translate complex business problems into analytical tasks and actionable insights
Develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade ML pipelines in a cloud environment
Apply advanced statistical techniques to improve targeting, bidding, and performance measurement
Drive experimentation and research to continuously enhance modeling approaches
Collaborate with the Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams to integrate models into production systems
Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to innovation and thought leadership
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques to real-world business problems
Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, their applications, and statistical principles
Experience building and productionizing data pipelines and ML models in cloud environments, preferably AWS
Hands-on experience working with large-scale data using PySpark or SparkR
Proficient in SQL and experienced with Excel for data analysis and reporting
Ability to measure the business impact of ML models using proper evaluation frameworks
Familiarity with version control systems and agile development practices
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
