Our client is an international technology company that specializes in developing high-load platforms for data processing and analytics. The company operates globally, serving clients primarily in the Marketing and Advertising domain. It focuses on modern technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions. 

PROJECT
The client’s primary product assists businesses in managing large volumes of data, building models, and gaining actionable insights.  

Job Description

  • Design and develop scalable machine learning (ML) models and data-driven solutions for real-time decision-making and campaign optimization 

  • Translate complex business problems into analytical tasks and actionable insights 

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade ML pipelines in a cloud environment 

  • Apply advanced statistical techniques to improve targeting, bidding, and performance measurement 

  • Drive experimentation and research to continuously enhance modeling approaches 

  • Collaborate with the Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams to integrate models into production systems 

  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to innovation and thought leadership 

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques to real-world business problems 

  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or R 

  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, their applications, and statistical principles 

  • Experience building and productionizing data pipelines and ML models in cloud environments, preferably AWS 

  • Hands-on experience working with large-scale data using PySpark or SparkR 

  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with Excel for data analysis and reporting 

  • Ability to measure the business impact of ML models using proper evaluation frameworks 

  • Familiarity with version control systems and agile development practices 

  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
