We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can turn complex datasets into clear, actionable strategies that drive real business outcomes. You’ll be at the heart of decision-making across pricing, product strategy, logistics, and customer analytics. Owning the end-to-end process from data exploration to model deployment.

✅ What You'll Do

- Advanced Pricing & Elasticity Modelling

  • Build predictive models to estimate price elasticity by country, product, and customer segment
  • Simulate pricing scenarios and develop recommendation systems for dynamic pricing
  • Quantify revenue and margin impact of pricing strategies

- Product & Margin Intelligence

  • Develop machine learning frameworks to detect low-margin, high-volume product traps
  • Create scoring systems to assess product profitability and pricing effectiveness

- Customer Segmentation & LTV Forecasting

  • Apply clustering algorithms (e.g., K-Means, DBSCAN) for behavioural segmentation
  • Build models to forecast Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and churn
  • Translate segmentation into marketing and CRM strategies

- Funnel Optimization & Conversion Prediction

  • Analyze customer behavior across the funnel (visit → cart → checkout)
  • Model drop-off rates and recommend UX or performance improvements

- Campaign Effectiveness & Promotion Analytics

  • Measure the impact of discount campaigns and evaluate cannibalization effects
  • Analyse short-term vs. long-term trade-offs in promotional strategies

- Logistics, Transport & Returns Analysis

  • Predict delivery delays and return probability by product and carrier
  • Recommend logistics improvements based on cost and satisfaction metrics
  • Analyse drivers of returns (e.g., sizing, bundling) and propose pre-emptive actions

- Forecasting & Demand Modelling

  • Implement and maintain time-series models for inventory and sales forecasting

- Tooling & Automation

  • Develop reusable scripts and tools in Python for analysis and reporting
  • Optimize data pipelines for real-time or scheduled decision support

- Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with Ops, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Act as a strategic thought partner, translating data into decisions
  • Communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

✅ Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science (ideally in eCommerce or retail)
  • Strong command of Python (Pandas) and SQL
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails is a strong plus
  • Skilled in statistical modelling, machine learning, and predictive analytics
  • Experience working with large datasets (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc. is a plus)
  • Proficient with BI tools such as Looker Studio
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)

✅Contract Details

  • Freelance
  • Part-time (2–3 days per week)
  • Remote

If you're passionate about turning data into impact, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment — we’d love to hear from you.
