As our Senior Principal AI Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our internal AI transformation, identifying high-impact opportunities to enhance efficiency and drive significant business value through cutting-edge AI solutions. You'll join the team leading ZoomInfo's AI platform evolution and help shape how AI transforms enterprise operations.

Things You'll Do:

• Opportunity Spotter: Partner with teams across the organization to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for AI automation and enhancement. You'll act as an AI detective, uncovering inefficient processes and translating them into transformative automation projects.
• AI Solutions Builder: Design and implement sophisticated AI solutions leveraging GenerativeAI, machine learning, and intelligent agents to solve complex business challenges. You'll be hands-on in the code, building end-to-end systems from data pipelines to model deployment and user interfaces.
• Platform Evolution Driver: Collaborate with our platform team to enhance ZoomInfo's AI infrastructure, expanding capabilities and improving accessibility across the organization. You'll contribute code directly to our AI platform, building APIs, services, and tools that enable company-wide AI adoption.
• Innovation Leader: Pioneer the development of next-generation AI applications, including autonomous agents and advanced GenAI implementations. You'll prototype, experiment, and build production-ready applications that push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.
• Full-Stack AI Developer: Build complete AI solutions from data ingestion to user-facing applications, writing Python, JavaScript, and cloud infrastructure code daily. You'll own the entire technical stack, ensuring seamless integration between AI models, backend services, and frontend experiences.
• Strategic Initiative Leader: Drive complex initiatives combining product strategy, project management, and technical implementation to achieve ambitious goals. While you'll coordinate with stakeholders, the majority of your time will be spent building and coding the solutions yourself.
• AI Advisory Expert: Serve as the go-to AI expert, providing strategic guidance on technology decisions, feasibility assessments, and innovation roadmaps. Your recommendations will be backed by hands-on prototyping and proof-of-concept development you've built personally.
• AI Enabler: Develop frameworks, tools, and best practices that democratize AI capabilities across the organization. You'll code reusable libraries, APIs, and developer tools that make it easier for other teams to integrate AI into their workflows.
• AI Culture Builder: Foster an AI-first mindset, educating teams through live coding demonstrations, technical workshops, and working prototypes. You'll lead by example, showing what's possible through the applications you build and deploy.
• Standards Architect: Establish technical standards and governance frameworks for responsible AI implementation and deployment. You'll create these standards through hands-on development, building reference implementations and coding best practices into reusable templates.

About You:
