Senior Product Manager, AI

ABOUT THE ROLE

Procurify is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the charge in building the next generation of intelligent Procure-to-Pay automation. This is a pivotal opportunity to define and execute our AI vision, transforming how thousands of companies manage their spending by harnessing one of the most unique and comprehensive datasets in the industry.

You will be responsible for turning cutting-edge AI concepts into tangible customer value, creating features that deliver unprecedented efficiency by reasoning over multimodal data (e.g. invoices, PDFs, emails, and user queries). You will join a world-class, cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers dedicated to shipping impactful, AI-powered products.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

• Define the AI Product Vision & Strategy: You will own the AI product roadmap at Procurify. You'll identify the most impactful opportunities for intelligence—from intake automation to complex compound AI systems, including the orchestration of multiple specialized agents, to manage the entire procurement lifecycle.

• Lead the Data-for-AI Strategy: You will determine how we leverage our most valuable asset—our proprietary data—to build a defensible competitive advantage. This includes identifying and structuring data for use with foundation models and ensuring the quality and integrity that fuel our AI experiences.

• Drive Product Discovery & Validation: You will immerse yourself in customer workflows to uncover their most challenging problems. You will lead rapid, feedback-driven prototyping cycles with emerging technologies (LLMs, RAG) to validate new use cases and de-risk our technical investments.

• Own the End-to-End Product Lifecycle: You will guide AI features from initial concept through to launch and iteration. You will define success metrics that connect model performance to user value, and partner with Engineering to ensure our features are scalable, reliable, and responsible.

• Gather Customer Feedback: Establish ongoing feedback mechanisms with customers to monitor AI behavior in order to continuously fine-tune performance and user trust.

• Drive Go-to-Market & Adoption: You will partner closely with our Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to articulate the value of our AI solutions, drive market adoption, and solidify our position as a leader in intelligent procurement.

• Mentor and Elevate the Team: Act as a thought leader on AI within the product organization, mentoring other PMs and helping to shape our product development practices.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Product Leadership Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on building and launching AI/ML-powered or data-intensive products.

• Technical Fluency:

  • A deep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle (e.g. data sourcing, model evaluation, MLOps) sufficient to drive credible, in-depth discussions with engineering and data science teams.

  • Hands-on familiarity with modern AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic systems.

• Metrics Driven Approach:

  • Experience developing novel metrics and evaluation frameworks for AI products that connect model performance to user satisfaction and business outcomes.

• AI at Scale:

  • Experience designing enterprise-grade Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) systems that balance automation with user control and verification.

  • A track record of shipping complex products at scale, with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and turn emergent technical capabilities into a strategic product advantage.

• Strategic Influence & Communication: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build alignment across the company—from the engineering team to the executive suite—and lead through influence.

• Domain Expertise: Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly in FinTech, Procure-to-Pay, or a related domain.
