Job Description: We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to play a critical role in driving the adoption of our AI-driven platform in the government contracting sector. In this position, you will work closely with our sales team to provide technical expertise, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and ensure that our offerings align with the unique needs of each client. Your ability to effectively communicate the technical capabilities of our platform and its potential impact on our clients' businesses will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solution proposals that address their specific needs.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our AI-driven platform and its value proposition for government contractors.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process, addressing their questions and concerns.

  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and the product development team, providing feedback and insights to drive product enhancements and innovations.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in generative AI and the government contracting industry to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.

  • Assist in the development of sales collateral, including technical presentations, case studies, and white papers.

  • Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for the successful implementation and adoption of our platform.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales Solutions Architect in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in the government contracting or AI/ML space.

  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client pain points.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to support sales efforts.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Experience:

  • Familiarity with generative AI and large language models (LLMs) and their applications in SaaS products.

  • Knowledge of government contracting processes and regulations.

  • Proven track record of successfully closing complex sales deals in the B2B SaaS space.
