About the Role

As a Management Trainee – Data Analysis, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable business insights. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience across the data lifecycle—from collection and analysis to visualization and reporting—while helping drive decision-making and operational excellence.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, support business intelligence initiatives, and contribute to process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in data analytics, MIS reporting, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights for process optimization and business improvement

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and present findings clearly and effectively

2. MIS Development

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and business metrics

• Ensure data accuracy and completeness through regular validation and updates

3. Data Visualization

• Create clear and engaging visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

• Present complex data in an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders and leadership

4. Data Hosting and Management

• Manage data repositories and databases, ensuring security, integrity, and accessibility for authorized users

• Implement data governance protocols and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy standards

5. Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and reporting needs

• Translate analytical findings into business insights for non-technical stakeholders

6. Process Improvement

• Identify and implement improvements in data collection, processing, and reporting workflows

• Develop tools or methods to enhance data efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or Engineering)

• Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and MIS development—preferably in operations or business support functions

• Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Data Studio), Excel, and dashboards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance standards

• Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools (preferred)

• Experience in database management and data warehousing (preferred)
