Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of backend development experience at product-based companies

• Strong skills in Node.js and/or Python

• Familiarity with modern backend and AI-focused technologies

• Experience with GenAI configurations or optimization-heavy ML systems

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Capable of working across multiple technical areas

• Comfortable with late-night calls for US time zone overlap

• Education from Tier-1 colleges only (IITs, BITS, NITs, IIITs)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for GenAI and ML platforms

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and scale

• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and debugging

• Support communication and coordination with US-based teams

Job Details
Location: Remote OK; preference for Delhi NCR-based candidates

Interview process

• Round 1: Technical screening

• Round 2: Coding and system design

• Round 3: Paid part-time trial (3 weeks, 10–15 hrs/week)

• Round 4: Final evaluation and full-time offer (based on trial performance)

Trial period conditions

• Paid part-time trial for 3 weeks (10–15 hrs/week)

• Trial focuses on real work to assess performance, communication, and ownership

• High performers may convert to full-time earlier

• Exceptional candidates may bypass trial entirely
