Job Title: Master Data Management

Company: CEVA Air & Ocean México

The Master Data plays a pivotal role in managing and optimising Master Data Management (MDM) processes across North America (NORTAM). This position is dedicated to centralising, organising, categorising, locating, synchronising, enriching, and distributing data in alignment with the company’s business needs and strategic goals.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the MDM data is accurate, accessible, and utilised effectively by stakeholders throughout the organisation. This includes working closely with functional teams to support the integration and utilisation of data. The MDM will facilitate communication between end-users and counterparts in the region, ensuring that all MDM processes are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of Master Data Management, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with organisational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with various functional teams to identify data requirements and develop strategies for data governance.
  • Act as a point of contact for all MDM-related queries, guiding users through processes and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Continuously analyse and improve MDM processes, implementing best practices to enhance data quality and integrity.
  • Support training initiatives for staff on the MDM systems and processes, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure integration of data systems and alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in data management practices and MDM tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with strong organisational abilities.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
