The mission of the AI Software Engineer 

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Software Engineer to embed across teams, understand how work really gets done, and ship automations that save time, reduce errors, free up other teams to focus on the work that truly matters. 

You’ll spend your days inside our operations, customer happiness, and marketing functions spotting high-friction tasks, finding opportunities for automation, and rapidly building short-term solutions using AI tools, scripting, or no-code platforms. You’ll work closely with our product manager to align your work with long-term product plans and support engineering teams with insights and prototypes. 

This is a builder role for someone who thrives on creating leverage with AI, doesn’t mind diving into messy workflows, and wants to make a real impact fast. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Spend time with operations, support, logistics, and marketing teams to deeply understand how work gets done 
• Identify manual, repetitive, or error prone tasks across departments 
• Build and deploy quick solutions using AI tools, scripting, or no-code/low-code platforms 
• Share insights with the product manager to help shape long-term solutions 
• Consult with engineers to improve internal systems and infrastructure with real-world context 
• Stay current on the latest AI tools and test new applications across the business 
• Document your work and discoveries to build team knowledge and repeatable playbooks 

We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have 

• Have shipped real projects internal tools, automations, or workflows that people use 
• Bring product, operations, or business experience, especially in fast-paced environments 
• Can work scrappily prototyping fast, iterating quickly, and validating with users 
• Enjoy building in tools like OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, or platforms like Zapier, Make, Retool 
• Can communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teammates alike 
• Have around 2+ years of experience in software development 
• Obsessed with AI

• Experience building or managing internal platforms 
• Background in software, scripting, automation tools, or no-code platforms
